With some slight modifications, we are thrilled to announce that we have resumed normal business hours. Monday – Friday from 8am-5pm and Saturday from 9am – 1pm we will be opening our show rooms at 25% capacity. We still recommend booking your showroom appointment ahead of time to ensure you will be seen.

As of March 24, 2020:

In attempts to help decrease the spread of COVID-19, we will be switching our showroom to appointment only until further notice. You can schedule your appointment by calling 336-865-0202 or emailing office@weekshardwoodflooring.com We will be available by phone and email Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm and Saturday from 9am-1pm. We will also continue our free in home estimates as well as all jobs, performed in a safe and clean manner. This includes all employees following CDC Guidelines for hygiene and physical distancing.  

We will also be offering free sample delivery to your home within 24 hours. Just call or email us and let us know what you’d like a sample of, as well your address, and we’ll leave it on your doorstep for up to 7 days. When it’s time for us to pick it up, just let us know, leave it back on your doorstep and we’ll pick it up. If you are unsure of an exact sample our professional sales staff can select several and drop off as many as you would like.

Weeks Hardwood Flooring is a local family owned and operated business, and we treat our customers and employees like family. The Triad community has entrusted us with its homes since 1979, and we take your trust seriously. Like you, we are concerned about the novel coronavirus and are being proactive to do our part to protect the vulnerable population in our community by taking preventative measures against community spread of COVID-19.

We Care About the Health and Wellbeing of Our Employees and Their Families.

Our employees and their families are all fully covered under our comprehensive health insurance plan, meaning that they have access to the best healthcare providers in our area should the need arise. At this time, none of our employees or their family members have traveled to any affected countries since the novel coronavirus outbreak earlier this year, and none have had contact with any known COVID-19 patients. We continue to monitor the situation, and — should that change in the coming weeks/months we will update our policies accordingly. We would never put our customers’ health at risk by sending an employee to your home or business after they have been exposed to novel coronavirus, regardless of whether they are symptomatic or have tested positive, until the incubation period has lapsed.


We ask that our customers contact us immediately should you have any reason to believe that you or anyone in your household has been exposed to novel coronavirus (whether symptomatic or not), if either (1) we have completed a job, provided an on-site estimate or have otherwise been in your home or business within the prior month or (2) you have a scheduled job, estimate or other on-site meeting in the coming weeks. If the latter, we will work diligently with you to reschedule for a later date in line with health officials’ recommendations.

Protective Gear Has Always Been (and Continues to Be) an Essential Component of Our Toolkit.

Face masks and gloves not only protect our crews from exposure to germs in the air and on surfaces, but are also fundamental in protecting them from the dust and fumes that [they are exposed to while/ come along with] sanding and finishing your beautiful hardwood floors. Our employees are required to take these protective measures on job sites daily, and will continue to do so.

We Treat Our Customers’ Homes with the Same Care as Our Own.

As has always been our policy, our employees will continue to take care to clean up your space after the job is completed. From sweeping or vacuuming your new floors, to wiping down adjacent surfaces, our crews are not done until the job site is clean and ready for our customers and their loved ones to resume living and working in their (newly renovated) space. We are happy to use our customers’ own preferred supplies to clean and disinfect affected surfaces before we leave — please do not hesitate to let our team know.

We Are Proud of Our Showroom Being a Safe Space for Our Community.

Our showroom is our team’s home base and we are proud to welcome customers to our storefront at 107 Guilford College Rd. in Greensboro during business hours. We have asked that our employees stay home in the event that they or a family member may be exposed to COVID-19 in the coming weeks and months, in accordance with health officials’ recommended timelines. Our office staff is working diligently to take all precautions and preventive measures to disinfect surfaces throughout each day in order to protect the health of our customers and employees. We encourage you to make an appointment to explore your flooring options or take advantage of our doorstep sample delivery, but do request that any customers that have been exposed to, or have tested positive for, novel coronavirus (whether symptomatic or asymptomatic) postpone their visit until 14 days after their exposure or as otherwise advised by your doctor.
